The project centers on a repetitive, high-concept façade where vertical louvered screens and textured concrete walls create a disciplined architectural rhythm. Designed with a focus on holistic living, every unit features seamlessly integrated indoor-outdoor spaces and private balconies that break the building’s massing. Developed in close collaboration with the client, the building prioritizes a highly efficient internal layout that ensures feasibility for affordable or senior living without compromising on a sophisticated, modern aesthetic.
